2020 Game Awards ได้ปิดลงไปแล้วนะครับ และเกมที่ได้รับรางวัลแบบว่าท่วมท้นสุด ๆ เห็นจะเป็น The Last of Us 2 ที่ได้รางวัลเต็ม ๆ 7 รางวัล เป็นรางวัลของเกม 6 และ นักแสดงอีก 1
โดยรางวัลที่ได้รับก็จะมี เกมยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี เกมกำกับยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี เกมเนื้อเรื่องยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี เกมดีไซน์เสียงยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี เกมแอ็คชั่นแอดเวนเจอร์ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี และนักแสดงยอดเยี่ยม ลอร่า ไบเล่ ผู้รับบท แอบบี้ ในเกมด้วย
ส่วนรางวัลอื่น ๆ ที่น่าสนใจก็มี กำกับภาพยอดเยี่ยมได้แก่ Ghost of Tsushima และเสียงประกอบยอดเยี่ยมคือ Final Fantasy VII Remake ซึ่งเกมหลังยังได้รับรางวัล RPG ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปีด้วยครับ
แอ็คชั่นแห่งปีนั้น คือเกมอินดี้ที่มีชื่อว่า Hades ซึ่งได้รับรางวัลอินดีแห่งปีไปด้วย ส่วนเกมซิมูเลชั่น คือเกม ไมโครซอฟท์ ไฟลท์ ซิมูเลเตอร์ และเกมสำหรับครอบครัว คือ แอนนิมอล ครอสซิ่ง
นอกจากนี้ ยังน่าสนใจตรงที่ เกม Among Us ที่ได้รับความนิยมสุด ๆ เองก็ได้รางวัลไปถึง 2 รางวัล คือเกมมือถือยอดเยี่ยม และเกมมัลติเพลเยอร์ยอดเยี่ยม
